How To Make Carrot Juice

Equipment

  • Blender or Juicer
  • Bowl
  • knife

Ingredients

  • 5-6 Big Carrots
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
  • Water

Procedure

  1. Wash and peel your carrots
  2. Cut into smaller pieces for easy blending
  3. Add the carrots into the blender
  4. Add little water, and lime juice (if using) then blend until smooth
  5. Place a mesh strainer or cheesecloth over a bowl
  6. Pour the blended mixture over the strainer or cheesecloth
  7. Strain and make sure to get all the juice
  8. Serve with ice cubes
