How To Make Homemade Cashew Milk

How to make homemade cashew milk

Homemade cashew milk is made by soaking and blending raw cashew nut. It is one of my favorite dairy-free nut milk. It is creamy, very easy to make at home, and does not require straining if you use a high-speed blender.

Cashews contain copper, which plays a great role in the creation of skin proteins and is important for optimal skin health. They are loaded with antioxidants and zinc which help boost immunity.
