How To Make Mango Juice At Home

Mango juice is derived from mango fruit. It is made by either pressing or blending out the juice from a soft pulp of the mango.

It can also help to normalize insulin levels, maintain blood pressure, increase skin health and maintain acidity levels in the body.

HOW TO MAKE MANGO JUICE USING A BLENDER. 

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Knife
  • Bowl
  • Jar

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh mangoes.
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice or water.
  • Ice cube
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or honey.

Preparation

  1. Wash the mangoes thoroughly and remove the skin
  2. Chop the mangoes into small cubes
  3. Add the mangoes, ice cube, water or pineapple juice to a blender.
  4. Blend until the consistency is smooth and equal.
  5. Add sugar or honey and blend for few more minutes.
  6. Pour in a jar and serve.

HOW TO MAKE MANGO JUICE WITHOUT USING A BLENDER OR JUICER.

If you have soft and tender mangoes, you can easily convert them into juice instead of disposing of them. You don’t need a blender before you can do this. You can gently press them between your palm to extract the juice.

Preparation

  1. wash the mangoes thoroughly
  2. Cut open a little part of the skin
  3. Gently press between your palm to extract the juice into a container with the skin on.
  4. Strain the extracted juice through a sieve or cheesecloth into another container.
  5. Add water if necessary and serve.
