Mango juice is derived from mango fruit. It is made by either pressing or blending out the juice from a soft pulp of the mango.
This juice contains vitamin C, vitamin A, and carotenoids which help to maintain immunity. It offers a healthy digestive component, which helps people suffering from constipation. It can also help to normalize insulin levels, maintain blood pressure, increase skin health and maintain acidity levels in the body.
