Nigerian catfish pepper soup has always been my best remedy for cold especially during the rainy season. I love it when it is spicy and hot. Catfish offer varieties of benefits. It is low in fat, calories and also contains healthy fatty acids. They provide complete protein and it is a great source of vitamin B-12.
