How to make puff puff with milk (milky puff puff)
Milky puff puff are sweeter and softer than the regular puff puff.

- 200 grams Flour
- 2 grams yeast
- 60 grams sugar
- 200 milliliters milk
- 80 milliliters water
- oil for frying
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- pinch of cinnamon (optional)
In a bowl add warm water, yeast and sugar. Set aside for 5 minutes
In another bowl, add flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix all dry ingredients together.
Pour the mixture of the wet ingredient(milk, yeast and sugar mixture) into the dry ingredient(flour, nutmeg and cinnamon mixture) and mix till it is well incorporated.
Set the mixture in a warm place and allow it to rise or double in size(approximately 1 hour 30 minute)
In a sauce pan, pour oil about 5-6 centimeters high and place on medium heat until oil is 375 degrees. ( Note: Little oil will flatten the balls).
Dip your hands in cold water because the dough is sticky. Grab a little of the dough at a time and drop in the hot oil. Do not overcrowd the pan.
Fry for few minutes until the bottom side is golden brown.
Turn the balls over and fry for some minutes until the other side is also golden brown.
Remove from heat and place on paper towel to drain excess oil.
