Almond Milk (homemade almond milk) is a natural dairy-free milk, which makes it suitable for vegans, as well as people with a dairy allergy or lactose intolerance

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional

Instructions
 

  • Soak almond in water overnight. Drain the almond from the water used in soaking it, then rinse them thoroughly under cool running water.
  • Add soaked almonds, water, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend for 2 minutes or until the almonds are finely ground.
  • Pour the blended mixture into a cheesecloth to extract the milk.
  • Pour the extracted almond milk into a jar and store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
