Pluck the leaves, make sure you don't pick the stalk/stem along with it.
Wash the leaves thoroughly to get rid of dirt.
Place a pot on medium heat, add 1 cup of water into the pot then bring to a boil.
Add ewedu leaves to the boiling water, cook uncovered for 5 minutes or until the leaves are soft.
Pour the boiled ewedu into a blender and process until smooth.
Return the blended ewedu to the pot, then add locust bean(if using), salt and seasoning cubes. Stir and allow to stay on fire for few minutes. Turn off the heat. Your Ewedu is cooked.
