  • 5-6 medium Oranges
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Procedure

  1. Wash and peel off the orange skin. Divide the oranges into segments.
  2. Place the segments in a blender, then add in your lemon juice (if using).
  3. Blend the mixture until it becomes pulpy. Note: Don’t blend for too long to avoid grinding the seeds.
  4. Pour the blended oranges into a mesh strainer to strain the juice.
  5. Transfer the juice to a jar, serve with ice cubes.
