Select your groundnut and pick out the bad ones.
Roast groundnut, cool and remove the skins.
Place the groundnut on a pastry board and roll over with a rolling pin to break the groundnut into bits
Put your saucepan on heat, add your sugar to the saucepan and allow to caramelize (i.e melt into liquid state ).
Add your groundnut into the caramelized or melted sugar and mix well
Stir for about 2-3 minutes
Transfer to a parchment paper on a smooth surface. Use a parchment paper to cover the groundnut, roll it out and then cut to any size and shape of your choice or you can leave it to cool, then break with the fingers.
