  • 1 Cup Roasted unsalted cashews
  • 1 teaspoon Honey optional


  • Add the nuts to the food processor or blender jar.
  • .Pulse until the cashew is broken down.
  • Add honey (if using) and run your blender or food processor.
  • Scrape sides and bottom and process again.
  • Scrape again whenever necessary.
  • After some time, a dough ball starts to form.
  • Spread the ball and run your blender or food processor.
  • The dough ball starts to separate, continue processing until a smooth and creamy nut butter is formed.
  • Store in a small jar and refrigerate.
