How To Make Homemade Cashew Milk
Cashew milk is loaded with a lot of nutrients. It contains healthy fats, proteins, and a variety of vitamins and minerals, which may help boost heart health.
High speed Blender

Honey or maple syrup or date syrup
Soak cashews in water for 2 hours or overnight, drain and rinse in cold running water.
Add cashew to the blender along with water, vanilla extract, and your choice of sweetener (if using).
Blend until creamy and smooth, this should take about 3-4 minutes
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Homemade cashew milk lasts for about 2-3 days in the fridge but I love to consume the milk immediately. It is advisable to make the quantity you can use up immediately.
