  • 250 milliliters Zobo juice
  • 200 gram Raw Pap (ogi paste)
  • sugar or honey to taste


  • Dissolve raw pap in zobo juice and stir well to ensure no lumps is formed.
  • Bring water to boil and add the boiling water directly to the dissolved pap
  • Stir well until the pap solidifies. If it does not solidify, do not panic and place the pot of pap on medium heat.
  • Continue cooking and stirring until the pap solidify.
  • Add more hot water to adjust the consistency to you desired consistency.
  • Add sugar or honey to your taste.
  • Serve with milk, moi moi or bean cake
